A Step It Up Personal Trainer will motivate you to achieve your weight loss, strength or fitness goal.
By ensuring you have a schedualed time to meet with the trainer each week, having your own trainer will keep you motivated - unlike that gym membership you never use! Your trainer will become your own personal contact who can provide you with expert fitness advice, will educate you and take you through a personalised exercise program so that you actually achieve that goal you set out for!

Step It Up Personal Training offers an exercise physiologist to rehabilitate injuries from the everyday “bad back” to accident victims to the body becoming misaligned due to incorrect or chronic everyday use. The holistic approach of our team, headed by chief physiologist Jonathon Ruhle will see you fighting fit in no time. Unlike other places, we don't aim for results at any cost. We don't sacrifice important components like your joint or mental heath in the endless pursuit of losing weight. We'll show you how to train strong but safely.

Group Training | Prices |
Do you have a group of friends and you need a boost to get exercising? Do you want to have fun while still achieving results? A group training session could be what you're looking for. Our group sessions are flexible; with a variety of fitness activities such as boxing available, and a choice of training in or outdoors. Group sessions provide motivation and results, all while you're having fun!
Mobile Training | Prices |
Don't let your time restrict your exercise! A Step It Up mobile personal trainer will come to you, saving you travel time. Most people ask “but I don’t have any equipment!” - your own equipment is not required. While we can happily include a session using your own machines, all we need is a space of at least 3x3 metres. Contact a mobile personal trainer to keep you motivated, healthy and fit - all in your own home!

A great way to build up a sweat with a group of your friends, or make some new ones while getting fitter and focusing on a specific body area. Boot camps are run through the week and are 60 minutes in length. Boot camps are a great way to lose weight, especially if you attend two or more sessions per week.

Did you know that your metabolism may be causing your lack of weight loss? Have you ever wondered if you are drinking enough water, what your biological age is or how much muscle and fat mass you have?
Unlimited Life Opportunities provides this for Step It Up clients and it provides very interesting results, we can even test your DNA to see how you metabolise your fat!
We will make sure you understand your results and how to use them to your advantage in regards to achieving your goals.
Massage | Prices |
Sports massage is similar to the more well known Swedish massage as it aims to relax muscles, while still using pressure to relieve more muscles. Sports massages can be performed on most of the body.
