Spencer

Spencer Wright - Training Director
Spencer has been involved with the Personal Training industry for over three years. Since opening Step It Up Personal Training in 2007, he has been with the business through it's many developments. Spencer is qualified through the Australian Institute of Fitness and mainly works with clients seeking weight loss and motivation.

Jon

Jonathon Ruhle - Exercise Physiologist
Jon has worked with a wide range of people including those who are injured or disabled through to Olympic Athletes. He first focuses on indentifying and rectifying any imbalances in the body, which allows him to push his clients further and faster in the long run without the risk of injury. He can cater for anyone, including those looking for strength, muscle or weight loss results and looks at how you can improve your lifestyle or ability in sport.

Joe

Joe Fisher - Personal Trainer/Massage
Joe has completed his Certificate III and IV in Fitness and is currently completing his Dual Diploma of Sport and Fitness. He is very active in sports and this passion and his competitive edge shows in his training. Joe specialises in clients who are over 50 or seeking Sports Performance training. Joe also offers sports massage.

Lachlan

Lachlan Beech - Personal Trainer
Lachlan has been involved in the sporting and fitness industry for several years and is now focusing his passion towards helping others in their health and fitness goals. Lachlan is qualified through fitness industry training and specialises in body composition, including muscle gain and weight loss.
