General Information and Sessions
Boot Camps are held in and around our Daisy Hill Studio. Several boot camps are run throughout the week, with each session running for 1 hour. Session times can be viewed here.

Boot camps are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, as you have the option to go at your own pace, while being directed by a qualified personal trainer.

Minimum Commitment/Costs
Participants must commit to a minimum of 13 weeks. During this time participants can attend as many sessions as they like. For example, you may attend one session in week one, but three sessions in week two.
